 As we prepare our students for new learning, it's good practice to start with a quick, engaging activity, that aligns with learning objectives, captures learners' curiosity and interest, and draws on prior knowledge to set the stage for what's to come. The activities should be no longer than 5-8 minutes, and grab students' attention.
